First Impressions
Appearance Wheatley is an Aperture Science Personality Core.
For those of you who have never seen one before, he's an AI inside a roughly 2 3/4" tall sphere with handles, a port that allows him to be plugged into things, and what most people would approximate as a highly expressive, bright blue eye. He's pretty beat up due to being crushed by a giant claw, but otherwise he works fine.
Fashion Due to being a robotic ball with nothing that could be recognized as human anatomy, Wheatley does not normally wear clothes.*

*If he were human for any reason, he would probably wear a dress shirt, slacks, nice shoes, and a nice tie. With glasses. Gotta look smart, right?

Demeanor & Attitude He makes a valiant effort to appear like the smart, helpful core, but generally comes off as a bumbling idiot who talks too much. He may accidentally offend the humans due to not thinking before he speaks.
Voice He sounds like that guy from The Office.
Magic & Telepathy He is a robot. Have you tried to read the mind of a machine? Everything's in braille and coding.

Backtagging: This is fine, as long as it's within the current AC period.

Fourthwalling: You will confuse him a bit, then he'll think that it was a game based off a true story. Totally not a video game character. Honest.

Threadjacking: Yes. Warn me first.

Triggers?: N/A. I'm good with anything.
IC Permissions
Physical Affection: Wheatley might find it a little weird if he doesn't know you that well, but he'll warm up to you eventually. Just know that he does not have arms or lips to love on you back.

Physical Violence: Sure! Let's beat up the whirring, metal ball with a funny accent! If you're human, you will experience a lot of pain after trying to punch the metal ball. He will be scared, and since he lacks the ability to hit back, he will attempt to flee if he's on a management rail or something similar. Thankfully, he can be repaired, but please message me first before you attempt to damage him so badly he dies.

Relationships: Wheatley might not realize you are trying to romance him, but he will be your friend if you're nice to him. Doesn't mean you can't be romantic with him at all, though.

"Hacking": Wheatley can be plugged into any computer (prefferably one made by Aperture Science) and hack into it, potentially obtaining all sorts of information or unlocking doors or what have you. That being said, he isn't as good as he thinks he is. Most likely, he'll be unsuccessful, but occasionally he manages to get through.

Breaking Things: Wheatley can be surprisingly destructive at times. Expensive statues? He bumps into it on accident. Glass doors? He "hacks" it by smashing through the glass. Laptops? "AAAH! WHERE'S THE UN-DELETE BUTTON!?!" Understandably, a lot of people don't care for having their stuff broken.
